This song is inspired by and written in support of Frank Meyers, an Ontario farmer who had his family land stolen from him by the Canadian military. We encourage others to read about his plight.

Spill The Red

Two hundred years of history
In the soil of this land
The state has claimed a victory
As I go down in my final stand

We have to fight
For a farmer’s rights
We can't back down
Spill the red on soil brown
We have to fight
For a farmer’s rights
We can't back down

You train your warriors elsewhere
We don’t want them here
Your weapons are not welcome
We will not live in fear

Grass roots for our legacy
In the face of our enemy

This is my final harvest
This is my final crop
These hands are made for farming
This fight will never stop
